Sandy has served as Local Missions Coordinator at Parkway since 2015.  She felt led to this ministry after serving as VBS Director for 12 years and Baptist Young Women's group for more than 20 years in various leadership positions at her former church.

Sandy feels that God has led her to local missions and enjoys serving and coordinating groups to work on site for Habitat for Humanity where her brother is the Executive Director.   In addition to working to build homes for family she  coordinates with Parkway families to feed college groups that come to Kentucky to work with Habitat.  She also coordinates groups to serve an ongoing ministry at Warm Blesssings and Feeding America.  She has led groups to Eastern Kentucky  to help with rebuilding after a massive flood working along side Christian Appalachian Project and partnered with Calvary Campus for renovations at their facility in 2016.

Sandy is the new Executive Director of the LaRue County Chamber of Commerce.   She is graduate of the Leadership LaRue County 2015-2016 class.

Sandy has been married to Larry Kidd for 28 years.  Larry serves as Trustee for Parkway Baptist Church.  Larry and Sandy has one daughter Autumn who graduated from LCHS and The University of Louisville School of Nuring.  Autumn is employed at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
