Jeremy and his wife, Beth, are so very excited to be serving at PBC and thankful this is where God has led them now. Their goal is to get to know the youth within the church and within the community. Through getting to know them, they want to connect them to the only true hope they  have ever known, Jesus Christ. Jeremy was raised in a Christian home and accepted Christ as his Savior at a young age. As a teenager and young adult he tried to follow the ways of the world. He didn’t have a Christian mentor in his life. Which later God helped him to see that he wants Jeremy to be a mentor for the youth now, and that’s what he’s striving for. He graduated high school from a small Christian school. But at age 21, he was diagnosed with stage 4 brain tumor. The doctors told him to live the life he wanted to live, for within a few months the cancer would take his life. Through the surgeries and treatments, he stood by the faith and the foundation of Christ that was set for him at an early age. Now, 18 years later he can say he is still cancer free...”For with God nothing is impossible” Luke 1:37. A few years later while attending a new church, he met a Christian lady who later became his wife. They married in 2005, and their first son, Titus Blaine was born December of 2007. Once again God showed them a miracle as he is a congenital heart disease survivor. In 2013 their second son Winston was born. Since their marriage in 2005, they’ve diligently been working together to live for Christ, be active members in church, and obedient to his word. After serving within the church, God began to make it clear to Jeremy and put a deep desire within him to be serving in his ministry on a deeper level, to accept his call to ministry. Alongside working in ministry, Jeremy is a welder who owns his own business, Xcelerated Fabrication.

Jeremy likes to take the fun approach to learning about a relationship with Christ. Make sure to plug into activities and events on Facebook (Parkway Baptist Church Student Ministries) and Instagram @pbckyyouth
